Waiver, Release, Policy

Please carefully read the Liability Waiver, Media Release and Refund/Cancellation Policy below and sign. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign as well.

Media Release

I hereby give my consent to Peridance Center to use my name and any form of dance-related media acquired during my study (video, photography, voice, etc.) for publication, advertising, marketing, promotional campaigns, etc. I understand that I will not be compensated by Peridance or a third party should Peridance decide to use these materials.

Liability Waiver

I am participating in Peridance’s training program and understand that dance training comes with a risk of injury. I also understand I cannot hold Peridance Center or any member of its staff liable for any injuries that may occur as a direct result of participating in dance classes, rehearsals, seminars, activities, etc.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

IND hybrid program

Students who withdraw more than 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Program will receive a full refund (minus 3% credit card, the registration fee of $50.00 and the deposit of $300).Students who withdraw less than 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Program will be eligible to transfer to Peridance's Open Program (OP) and must comply with the OP's Schedule, Rules and Regulations, etc. Should a student decline transfer to the OP, 50% of tuition will be refunded within 30 days of the official withdrawal date (minus Registration fee, Deposit, and 4% credit card and 5% payment plan fees, if applicable). No refund will be given for participant’s choosing to withdraw from the program after the start-date. Should a participant choose to withdraw after the start-date, a credit will be added to the account to be used for classes in the Open Class Schedule for up to twelve (12) months from the withdrawal date. the registration fee of $50.00 and the deposit of $300 are non-refundable. In the case a refund is due, a payment will be made by check ONLY and will be addressed to the original party that made the initial payment.

COVID-19 Refund Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 world health pandemic, Peridance rules and regulations are subject to change.

In the event of a school closure due to COVID-19, Peridance will continue programming online. No refunds will be given for programming changes due to COVID-19 such as, but not limited to travel restrictions, classes shifted from In-Person to Online distance learning, substitute teachers, and any school closure due to a positive test result.

If Peridance must cancel programming due to COVID-19, Peridance will issue credit for future programming. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.
